Great little pub with charming outdoor patio seating, providing a large variety of local craft brews. The friendly service staff is incredible at helping select the perfect pour for your taste.

We've seen references to this place for quite some time before we ventured here and upon entering, I saw the cozy atmosphere and friendly bartender, Robin (I think). We engaged in small talk and suggestions were made. When my husband and I arrived, there was a group of about 5 white men already there. I'm Hispanic, my husband is black. After our second drink, one of the guys said, very loudly, "Don't say the N word," to his friend. It got awkwardly quiet and one of the guys motioned his head towards us. I didn't say anything because surely I did not hear that correctly. I finished my second drink, my husband didn't. When we left, I asked him what he thought and he said that he won't be going back. I said me either, I didn't feel comfortable. I then said that I don't know if I heard wrong but I think the guy said something about saying the N word. My husband said he heard it and it was exactly as sounded. I think the bartender heard it too because she told the guy "You're in trouble." She didn't elaborate but we left. I wanted so badly to make this a regualr place for us but racism in Kingwood is still alive.

We had our Friday mixer for our 40th high school reunion and even though it was packed full of folks both inside and out, we got excellent service! I love this place for it's huge variety of beer and wine selections, friendly staff and great atmosphere. They have both a covered patio and uncovered picnic tables with Cornhole and Horseshoes in the back, I think. They had a pizza food truck in the parking lot, a snow cone trailer in the back and a Mexican restaurant on the block that offers take-out/delivery of their food. Highly recommend this local watering hole and will definitely be back again!

What an amazing place. I went during the time they had an event going on however, just go and have fun. The parking is very limited though.
