Ken Neill Kennels

We boarded 2 dogs and had grooming done. The grooming was well done and they smelt good for at least 2 months after.

i've been taking my dog muffin to ken neill for about a year now and i don't trust anyone else with her! their fees are affordable, they take amazing care of her, and are super patient when she poops everywhere during drop off lol. i'm glad i found someone who takes such good care of her. thank you guys!!! 💖💖💖 edit: i forgot to mention that they give your pet the CUTEST little bandana after grooming based on the season/holiday, absolutely adorable!

Made a grooming appointment for a Friday, but when the day came it was raining so my daughter tried calling to reschedule but no one answered. The following week we decided to call and set up another appointment but this rude lady answered the phone and said that we would have to pay $30 for not showing up to the first appointment. When my daughter told her that she did call and no one answered, the stupid rude lady told her with a snotty voice, "we always answer the phone". When we find a local business to support we are very loyal customers, but this business here is a no go for us!!! Luckily, we found an amazing mobile groomer!!

I was very impressed with this kennel. Our girls were treated very well. They shared a kennel space just off of the feeding room. Everything in the feeding room was labeled. You could smell food and not a hint feces. The air smelled fresh, and there wasn't a fly in sight. A few workers were inside actively seeing to the needs of the animals. It was summer and the misters were on every few minutes. 5/5!

We also used their grooming service (for an extra charge), and it was absolutely worth it! I have no idea what products they used, but it's been two weeks, and they still smell wonderful!
