We recently boarded our two German Shorthaired Pointers, Boomer and Riggs, at Pet Suites for the first time this past weekend—and to be completely honest, I was more nervous leaving them than I was leaving my kids! 😅 The staff couldn’t have made the experience any better. From the moment we dropped them off, I felt reassured. The updates they provided were fantastic and really put my mind at ease. The facility was incredibly clean, which is a huge deal for me. They even washed their blankets and kept their townhouse spotless the entire time—no small task with two large, high-energy dogs! Boomer and Riggs require a lot of attention, and it was clear they received plenty of love and care. I truly think their favorite part was the outdoor playtime and getting to meet new pup friends—they came home happy, tired, and well cared for. We will absolutely be using Pet Suites again. Highly recommend! 🐾

I would definitely recommend Petsuites Carrollwood for your fur baby. The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. I had a personal issue going on at the moment I spoke with Martha the marketing director and she helped me and relieved alot of stress off of my shoulders. I absolutely love this facility and will not take my fur baby anywhere else.

Roman LOVES coming here! The staff is always so friendly & I love when they tell me about his stay. They make sure to always give him a slow feeder, they make sure I get my photos & I know they treat him right because he whines as soon as we pull up. When I leave my dog here for more than one day, I know he’s going to be taken care of so it puts my mind at ease knowing I can take vacation.
