Pet Paradise Odessa

I had the best experience with Pet Paradise! This was my first time leaving my 5 month old pup and I was probably more nervous than he was. I was able to take a tour before committing to boarding him and I fell in love with the facility right away. The staff was so friendly and they made sure to help ease any of my concerns. I got a report card his first day there letting me know how he was doing and I was able to check in on the cameras daily to see him playing with the others. They answered all my questions and I also love that I was able to pack all his food and snacks for him. Communication was really good overall and truly such a great experience. We will definitely be going back!

I had a fantastic experience at Pet Paradise grooming for my dog, Morocco! The team did an incredible job—he looks wonderful and came out happy and relaxed. The facility is clean, and the staff is clearly passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be bringing him back!

Pet Paradise is wonderful. My dog is an Aussie and is very true to the breed when it comes to protecting his flock. He’s very stand-offish with new people but somehow the staff at PP put him totally at ease. I know this because while we were gone for multiple days we could watch him on the live webcam. They also gave him the best grooming he’s ever gotten. Hands down, we’re using Pet Paradise in the future.

We absolutely LOVE this place! My dog goes to daycare regularly and has also been boarded here, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience. From the moment we pull in, his excitement says it all lol tail wagging, happy hops, and the zero hesitation for him to go running inside. The staff is amazing, caring, and clearly treats every dog like their own. I always feel completely at ease knowing he’s safe, loved, and having the best time while I’m away. He comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for (which is a win for both of us). If you’re looking for a place where your dog is genuinely loved and treated like family, this is it. I am so grateful to have found such an incredible daycare and boarding facility. My dog loves it, and so do I! ❤️

Best place ever our baby girl always comes home happy and tired she loves the staff and looks forward to her weekly daycare and overnights when Mommy and Daddy go out of town. I have trusted other daycare’s and boarding facilities and all have let me down besides pet paradise. Our dog walks in like it’s her 2nd home. I like the fact you feel so welcome when visiting the facility weather dropping off or picking up.
