Anthony was great! He was able to guide me to the right toy I was looking for. My dashschund is now much less energetic after he plays with the toy which is a life saver!!!

The experience at every Hollywood Feed I go to is always amazing! This one is no exception. Laura was an excellent help when we went in yesterday to shop for a new puppy. She took the time to go through their new puppy checklist and literally walk the aisles with us picking out items and giving her thoughts on what would be best for us. She said it was just her doing her job, but to us it was above and beyond the type of service you’d get at other pet stores. Thank you Laura and Hollywood Feed!!

He took the time to explain different dog food options, ingredients, and what would be best based on our dog’s specific needs. You can tell he truly cares about pets and wants to make sure customers feel confident in their choices. What really stood out was that he didn’t rush us or try to push a specific brand — instead, he educated us on quality ingredients, protein sources, and what to avoid. He even gave us samples to take home so we could see what our dog likes before committing to a full bag, which we really appreciated. Great customer service, great knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. We’ll definitely be coming back because of Tom!
