(from Google)The staff at Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital are all wonderful. I've not met a bad one in the bunch! They really make you feel at home. Special Kudos to Anna at the front desk. She is so warm and welcoming and does whatever she can to assist the customers! Thanks to Grace and MJ, too, for helping me carry my kitty to my car on that really bad snow day recently.
Dr. Cure and MJ and other staff members were compassionate and supportive with my cat Sneaky and her care and prognosis. Would recommend Cedar Ridge to other pet owners.
The whole staff was great, from getting scheduled for same day, for what I felt like was an emergency, to checking in, Dr Cassie, all the way through checking out. my cat was calmer than he usually is at home with visitors. I will recommend them to everybody I know. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
My little Westie was having urininary problems and when I called the receptionist was VERY understanding and kind. We were given a same day appointment as a new client. The vet was excellent with Lilly and as it turned out Lilly not only had a urinary infection but also fluid in her lungs and an enlarged heart 😢 The Dr. explained everything to me from possible causes to treatment options. Needless to say, Cedar Ridge is our go to for all our pet care needs. I highly recommend them!
Updating my review from years ago to reiterate; I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The staff here are amazing. Everyone from the front desk, the vet assistants to Dr. Cure herself are just top notch. I never have any suprises when it comes to the bill as they go over everything in advance to make sure I am comfortable not only with the price, but any treatment my pets need. They take the time to explain what is needed to be done at home, and have called me multiple times to follow up and make sure everything is going good and I understand instructions or have any questions. You can tell they truely care about animals in their care from the way they interact with your pets. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.
