Grooming department was good for last seven years. Lots of turnover but that’s to be expected. Favorite groomer left recently. Experience today was beyond horrible. I won’t bore you with horrific customer service by grooming staff today, although I’m in there almost every two weeks. Save yourself the dignity and frustration. Managers need to give the grooming department serious lessons in customer service. Won’t be back No customer should EVER receive the deplorable treatment I received from groomers today. If an employee cannot handle a concern, they need to know to call a manager.

Enjoy shopping at Petco for my furry friend. She likes Ollie and it is good for her. Always helpful to find whatever my need is. Thank you Petco

I have been going to this PetSmart place for a good long time and today I go in there and they have a barricade set up in front of the cash register so I walk up to the one that was open. I sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes and let he walk up to another register and tells me that you're going to go behind the barricade. Go all the way around and come in before somebody will take care of you. I've been sitting there for 5 minutes. You couldn't let me know that I needed to go another route because y'all don't have a sign up. Is this some intelligent to put a thing up and encyclically somebody can tell you oh you need to go this way and while they're sitting at the cash registers they can't tell you. Oh sir, can you please come this way? I'm very happy with the service today

Unfortunately the bad tends to outweigh the good. We had a great experience with the staff while we picked up a leopard gecko. The girl that helped us was AMAZING and so informative. However, while we waited to check out, myself and my kids walked over to the windows of the grooming area. While we were standing there admiring the pups, the whole staff stopped working and glared at us with extreme anger. Didn’t say anything to us, just stared. It was obvious they were trash talking about us, as their body language was crystal clear. Eyes rolling, arms crossed etc The 3 dogs were sitting calmly, so we didn’t think we were a distraction. It was an extremely unprofessional way to ask your customers to leave. If looking at the dogs is a problem, I would suggest a sign in the window. Mind you, the entire grooming area is like a fishbowl covered with windows. OR at the very least, pop your head out and politely ask your customers to move. It was the most unprofessional I have ever seen employees behave, anywhere.

doctor and staff at the vetco pet center are unprofessional they do the shots and the middle of the store lol. said the cat was lethargic so couldnt receive her vaccines although as you can see videos and pictures dont lie but human's might to save there jobs. attached a video so it can be seen she wasnt hard to handle and wish i had a video of her on the table. makes since why the doctor didnt want to give his name doesnt want to be held accountable after having me wait 40min in line for no reason with a living animal in a crate.
