Petsense by Tractor Supply

Jamie was very rude and disrespectful and told us very rudely to leave the cat area after being allowed to be in there and we asked what we did that was wrong and Jamie ignored and never gave us a reason and was rude from the beginning and will not be getting any business anymore from me and my family. I wish I could have had better communication to know what I did in the wrong but I was met very disrespectfully even just by walking through the door from the beginning.

Extremely rude employee working at the evening I believe named James. I stopped in to get my dog calming chews and had him with me. This employee began vacuuming while we were in the store, which in and of itself is fine. My dog is terrified of loud noises so I walked over with my dog physically shaking and kindly asked them if they could not vacuum while we checked out and left. This employee stared at me and stated “I have things to do”. I asked again to please turn it off so i could get my dog to the counter to check out. They rudely asked if I was actually ready to check out, which I was. They were very snarky the entire checkout process and overall rude. I will absolutely be returning this product and find other places to shop. Completely ridiculous behavior for someone who works at a pet store to not care for the well being of the people and pets that are in and allowed at these store.

I went into the kitten room and two of the kittens were very sick. One had snot coming out of its nose and another had its eyes almost completely crusted and shut. The store manager dismissed my concerns and there are other cats in the same space that will likely be infected by what looks like upper respiratory infections or worse.

Absolutely terrible experience with the help here! We just got a new puppy and we came in with our two dogs one on a leash and my husband was holding the puppy bc we hadn’t gotten him a harness or leash yet, hence our reason for visiting this store in the first place. We walked in and immediately some woman with light or gray hair told us very rudely both dogs needed to be on a leash even though my husband was holding our 3 lbs puppy and we explained that was the reason for our whole visit. And she proceeded to even more rudely insist it didn’t matter, both dogs needed a leash no exception. Both my husband and I couldn’t even believe how rude she was, and we told her we’d be leaving a review and she said go on ahead, not even trying to make an exception or apology. I don’t know the last time I encountered help who so blatantly disrespected their customer or job of place of employment. We will think twice before we visit a tractor supply and I don’t think we’ll ever attempt to visit this store again, the experience was really that unpleasant.

Bad experience would be an understatement. My daughter took her golden doodle for grooming. She showed them a picture of exactly what she wanted, they said they could do it. She adamantly told them she wanted his hair to stay long but be trimmed up, while agreeing they could do that, they also told her they would shave up his belly to be shorter than the rest of his hair. Assuring her, her fur baby would be taken care of. What she got when she picked him up was nothing like what she asked for or what they agreed on. She was so upset, she just paid and left. His hair was butchered. Uneven, and completely shaved the same guard all over, except for the top of his head and tail. They clearly just did what they wanted and did not listen to a word she said. He went in a beautiful golden doodle and came out a butchered poodle. Shame on this business! Photo is what asked for vs what she got.
