Pet Supermarket

I came to this location because it was on my route and it was my first time stopping here. I honestly don't have a particularly good or bad opinion of the place. The customer service was just okay, nothing memorable, but not terrible either. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the overall customer experience. The location itself was convenient, which is what brought me in.

They had 15$ off on the shelves but did not award it. Because it didn’t start to the next day. I’m sorry but if you have a discount on the floor on an item you need to award it to your customer or just put the tags on the day off the discount. Very disappointing. Ryan very unprofessional as a manager. Better going to another store from now on.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had was at a pet store where the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I walked into the store and spent more than 25 minutes browsing around, clearly looking for assistance. Several employees were standing nearby and even looked directly at me multiple times, but not a single one approached to offer help or ask if I needed anything. Instead of providing service, they simply watched me walk through the aisles without acknowledging me. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially in a store where customers often need guidance about pets, food, or supplies. Good customer service should include greeting customers and offering assistance, but none of that happened here. After waiting and hoping someone would help, I eventually left the store frustrated and disappointed. A pet store should make customers feel welcome and supported, but this experience was the opposite. It gave the impression that the staff either didn’t care about their customers or were poorly trained in basic customer service. It happens every time

The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable I love them all at this location and because of them I'm able to care for my 25pound little 4 legged friend. Awesome Staff!!!

This store has a good staff. I had the pleasure to meet Fernando, he assisted me with my fish tank needs, great costumer service. Always come here to buy all the products for it . 5 starts for Fernando. Their rewards program is great 👍🏼
