Wag Natural Pet Market & Grooming South Tampa

I brought my dog to Wag for grooming while I was in town and I am so glad I did! My Lucy is shy with new people and usually doesn't like the groomers, but she walked right in and was happy and playful when I came back to pick her up. Ashley was great and did a terrific job with her. Lucy loved her so much!

WAG is the best! Wonderful staff, and very easy, reasonably priced self-bathing bays, all fully stocked with amazing products. Very nice selection of food and dog treats as well.

Wonderful place to get any pet essentials and dogs groomed. We love the groomer Ashley, who has been taking care of our 128lb Bernedoodle for a while a now.

I had my 3 yr old Havanese groomed here - I will start out with saying - RUN! My sweet girl was mated in her hind legs, I spoke to groomer- she immediately had me sign a “matting disclosure” Ai read it- basically stated if she had to happen to “nick” her skin she was not liable” I signed - had another conversation stating I was aware of her matting on her hind legs and every where else was fine- — she was a bit snide did not look at me and dragged my puppy back to grooming area- My bad - as just her Terrnke mannerism on how she dealt with my scars puppy mad me feel uneasy- she did NOY seem like she liked animals!! Lucy my puppy was there for under 40 mins which makes sense as all she did was COMPLETELY SHAVE MY DOG FROM HEAD TO FOOT- BALD NAKED!! She never once called and asked and to add insult to injury- when I arrived she berated me I front Of other clients telling me- “one more week and she would have had gone to a Vet” This groomer should be fired and she is a monster- I did have to take my puppy to the vet after she massacred her - she was so Traumatized being shaved done to bare skin! Again she had matting On her hind legs - if she was a actual reparable groomer instead of charging me an extra $30 for Demattimg she should have actually dematted her hind legs - my poor puppy was shaking for 4 days - do better!! SHAME ON YOU WAG-

Jackie did such an awesome job giving my Frenchton Mister Darcy the Shaggy Dog service! He smells so good and his coat is as soft as it was when he was a little puppy! Super lovely people that you can tell who love dogs. We even left with some all natural pet treats and a spooky cookie that Mister Darcy will enjoy on Halloween. We can't wait to go back!
