(from Google)They thoroughly exam my fur friend and took great care of them gave him a shot Check his wound got a minute out quickly reasonably priced!
Value Vet has been with my family through years of pets. They have always been kind and understanding, including in the difficult moments of having to have a pet put down. I took my cat there this morning for his annual visit and vaccines. We didn't have an appointment, but were in and out of there in an hour. My cat was stressed from the car ride and from dogs barking, and Dr. Burke and Cat were soothing to him. Because I'm on a tight budget, the prices were tough for me, but reasonable.
I took my puppy for X rays. They said they saw nothing on the X rays and suggested a Barium Suspension procedure. It was somewhat pricey. I had to leave and regroup and gather the funds. I began calling them at 2’o’clock that very afternoon. No one answered the phone from 2 until after 4 o’clock. I had to drive there to see if they could do the procedure. It was too late. They were closing at 5. My puppy’s situation was dire. The Absolute worst part was that they told me that they saw nothing. The X rays were sent to my vet and they immediately saw something in his stomach. I took my puppy to another vet. I emailed the X rays that Valu Vet took. The vet immediately saw an object lodged in his stomach. They recommended another hospital in Franklin. My puppy had to have Life Saving Surgery and part of his Intestines removed. I want my 361 dollars for the X rays that they took and said nothing was there.
One of the best vet clinics around. I have used value vet for 9 years. The Hermitage location closed and started going to the Main Street location. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Love this place. Prices are reasonable and affordable.
I brought my cocker spaniel here for a cherry eye surgery after finding out at other places that it would be $3,000. However at Value Vet they quoted me $650. That was such a blessing and my dog’s eye looks amazing!!! I’ve seen on social media that cherry eye surgeries often fail but it has been over 6 months now and my dog’s eye looks fantastic like nothing ever happened. Value Vet was such a blessing and I will always recommend it again
