Michelle is very passionate about her work and is a great groomer, having many years experience in this field. She’s groomed my two fur babies, a chihuahua mix and Brussels Grifon mix. She uses top of the line equipment and her in-home dog spa is very convenient to get to. My pups get pampered and prettied every time they go! I would recommend Pet Perfect Salon!

Michelle is the best groomer we have had in a long time! She uses quality products & our dogs love her! She treats you like family, highly recommend her to anyone!

We have two Pomeranians and have been going to Michelle for long time.Michelle is a complete pro! She uses quality products on our dog, they get their teeth brushed nails trimmed & exceptional hair cuts every time. She sends us pictures of the dogs when she’s done and the dogs get a few treats and hang out tell we arrive.We highly recommend Michelle for all grooming needs. Michelle treats us & our dogs like family.

I am very disappointed. We paid $88 USD, and this is one of the worst haircuts our baby has had in this area. Michelle talked a lot about being a specialist; however, she cut her hair much too short, even though I showed her two reference pictures, which she completely ignored. My husband and I clearly told her that we did not want it short, especially since the weather is very cold. Additionally, the haircut is uneven, and I will be posting a photo to clearly show this. I also going to be posting of I what I replied about the video, I told her, I trusted you to make her more even in any moment I said I was happy about the video…… in regards her response I will also share my response about the video ….. Being polite and trusting a professional does not mean approval of the final haircut. The message I sent was before seeing the completed result and was based on trust in your expertise. Prior to the grooming, I was very clear that I did not want my baby’s hair cut short due to the cold weather, and I also provided two reference photos. Unfortunately, the final result was much shorter than requested and UNEVEN!!!!, which was only evident once I saw her in person. This is why I am disappointed and chose to share my honest experience.

took my Pomeranian here after hearing her brag about being the best in the business, but the results were a disaster. The cut is incredibly uneven and choppy—my poor dog looks ridiculous. For a home-based groomer charging premium prices, I expected professional results. Instead, this is the worst haircut my baby has ever received. Save your money and your dog’s coat by going elsewhere
