My boyfriend and I are absolutely furious and heartbroken after our experience with this store. We purchased birthday-flavored Pupsicle balls to celebrate our dog’s birthday. We have bought this exact brand before (including the peanut butter flavor we currently have at home), and our dog has never had any issues — she loves them. This time, however, the birthday-flavored version we bought here made her severely ill. Within 24-hours — and this is especially alarming because she is an older dog — she became violently ill. We keep her on a very strict feeding schedule and diet and do not give her random treats or different foods, specifically to avoid issues like this. Despite that, she was throwing up, refusing to eat, unable to poop, and crying out in pain whenever we tried to pick her up. She couldn’t even go up or down the stairs. Because our focus was on keeping our dog alive and recovering, we didn’t return the Pupsicles until 12/27/25. When we did, the sales associate told us we couldn’t return them because: 1. The bag had been opened (no kidding — it made our dog sick), and 2. We were supposedly outside of a 15-day return policy. This was especially infuriating because my boyfriend had checked their return policy online, which clearly stated a 30-day return policy. We pulled it up in the store and showed it to the associate. Instead of taking responsibility, she gave a completely insincere apology, pulled out a policy handbook, and pointed to a different 15-day policy — essentially saying, “Too bad.” We explained, repeatedly, that the product they sold us put our dog in the emergency room. The response? Another hollow apology and “there’s nothing I can do.” I even asked what would happen if the product they sold had killed our dog and we had come in asking for a refund. Her answer? They still wouldn’t do anything. Let that sink in. There is apparently no accountability, no compassion, and no exception process — even when an animal’s health is at stake. I cannot comprehend how a business that claims to care about pets operates this way. This experience has been beyond infuriating and deeply upsetting. We love supporting local businesses, but this store has made it impossible to do so again. We will never shop here in the future, and I strongly urge other pet owners to think twice before trusting this store with their animals’ well-being.

GOOGLE YOUR ITEM BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. You can find anything they sell at a fraction of the price online minus the rude staff interactions :)! Staff is rude and strange. This store is not welcoming. If you like being followed, watched, and regarded with suspicion, this is the place! Obscene how you can be perfectly polite in a store the size of a closet and still have someone be clearly so caustic towards you. This place would do well to invest in some camera systems; it's not like there's a lot of square footage to cover. I don't think having a human guard dog is really that effective.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. I'm giving 1 star because the cod skin chewy gave our dog a bad case of colitis and a $400 urgent care visit due to bloody stools. Would not recommend this treat for dogs at all.

I love this place, they have literally any and everything my senior pup needs. Although every experience has been great, the best one was with Mia.. she was extremely knowledgeable with inventory and made my shopping experience quick and easy. keep it up guys! 🩷

Do not buy smoked pig feet from this place unless you would like to spend around $500 and watch your dog go through a very painful experience! Was assured by staff the treat for my dog would be safe but after being up all night with my dog vomiting solid pieces for what seemed like almost every hour, diarrhea, and blood dripping out of his behind we promptly took our dog into our vet. Luckily our vet was able to ensure us that the piece should pass on its own but he was treated for dehydration and was in an incredible amount of pain which they also prescribed medication for. Moral of the story: I cant speak for the other products from this store BUT please dont buy this specific product from this establishment as it may result in a painful night for your pup, possible surgery, and a hefty bill!
