I visit pet shops often and this one feels average but dependable. Nothing extraordinary, but they usually have basic essentials in stock. Staff behavior is polite and not pushy, which I appreciate. The shop is clean, though a bit small compared to others. Good for regular pet supply runs without hassle.

Sherry is so nice, helpful, and made me laugh. The other gentlemen working today also asked to help me without me having to ask. I love this store. I could always order online but the customer service brightens my day.

I left my phone in the bathroom and they kept it for me for an hour and a half. Also, their computers/wi-fi were down so the manager went above and beyond and put in his ID so I could save $27 on a $207 purchase thank you. For a pet store the place was spotless. And of course, doggy friendly & good sales yesterday.

Lori is THE BEST!! She took the time to help me with a kitten I had found. I didn't realize how in over my head I was until I was wandering through the aisle lost. Her wealth of knowledge and kindness was so much more than I could have expected and am grateful for her help. I will be a devoted customer thanks to her! Thank you Lori!
