Buddy and I are very happy with our choice of Petsuites. I especially appreciate the professionalism of the staff, the consistent delivery of service, the cleanliness and the love of dogs. Buddy has fun and enjoys the time out room when he needs a nap. They have options to meet our pets needs.Highly recommend.

I have boarded my 2 dogs and had them come here for daycare multiple times. This past week was one of the longer stints we've had and I have to say, they did such a great job (again). Traveling is stressful enough, but knowing that you need to leave your fur babies with someone when you are on the other side of the country can bring a whole new level of stress. Every time I travel, I have zero hesitation about bringing my babies here. I've been to other states and countries and felt confident that they were taken care of, this last trip was no exception. Booking is easy, I made sure to book the pawgress reports, and exit bath. For two dogs for a week, I felt it was an extremely reasonable price and I was constantly updated with how they were doing and was sent photos. I was even updated when one of my boys wasn't eating much of his food and they offered to add chicken and broth on top of his food to encourage him to eat. There are also webcams you can access in the public play areas to be able to check in and watch them play for a bit. I've recommended Petsuites to multiple people and will always make sure to bring my pups here whenever they need daycare or boarding. I can never thank them enough for taking such good care of my boys when I'm gone. I know they love it too because every time I drop them off, they are trying to run away from me to get to the back to go play with their friends.

I had a wonderful experience here! I did not board a dog here but I did pick up a clients dog and interacted with the employees in-person and by phone for several days prior to my arrival. Michaela was so amazing, kind and helpful, and kept me informed along the way. They seemed great with the dogs and even gushed over many of them. The place was very clean and organized. They genuinely seem to care about the animals they care for, and the dog I picked up seemed to absolutely adore them as well. They had plenty of parking. They also sell many toy and treat options which was really nice to see. If I lived in the area, I would definitely board my animals with them in a heartbeat!

The staff know our dog by name and take great care of him. The pawgress reports and communication are great! They are easy to contact and have a fair plan for those of us that take our dogs multiple times a month. It would be nice to have a separate door for the daily boarders or those that don’t get along with other dogs.

They dont even deserve 1 star. DO NOT bring your pet here. 3 months ago my dog was swimming over excessively to the point his pad blistered and bled. They assured me he would only swim for an hour then move on to other activities. A week later he was groomed so badly he had blood blisters on his arm pits that didnt even looked like a guard was used. His behind area was the same but, none of his other hair was short. It was normal. They did not have anyone new. This was a routine groomer. It gets better, observe pictures. It's heart breaking. I had to take my dog to the hospital because once again he was excessively swimming 2 days in a row with no surpivision of time frame. They want to say I was notified after I called them out on his pool time with a lying excuse. Stating I was offered a room. I was never offered a room. In fact they stated they would note limited time in the pool in his computer file, and an employee said there was no such notation made. Don't let this company fool you. Imagine this to be your dog. Upset is an understatement. He came home with 3 pads missing entirely. Bleeding and unable to walk on his hine legs. They said they would pay for his vet bill and accused me of being abusive with them so they declined to pay. How convenient! Again do not take your dog to this place. They don't even staff at night while your fur baby is there during overnight stays. There's far too many other services that care about your pet than pet suites. Pictures dont lie; pet suites does however.
