PetVet Vaccination Clinic

We’ve been taking our girl Elsa to our local Tractor Supply regularly for over a year now for PetVet open clinic care and we love them. She is a large Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue that takes special attention to put her at ease with “strangers” and the whole team has been amazing with her. From the Techs to the Vet, they understand her and show her such love, compassion and patience. I can’t imagine taking her anyplace else. Thank you Queen Creek Team,💖

Nice people - quick once your turn comes up - - but certainly not enough monetary savings to make the wait worthwhile. Plus, I like my vet very much and really should have given their office this business.

Very long wait times and unorganized. You get there early and they tell you not to stand in the area and go look through the store. Then they say that signs will be put up and to go look for them to see where the line starts. They won't tell you where the line will start. Other people come in that know where the line starts so they get in line and by the time the sign gets put up, you're in the back of the line. If you preregister they will text you when to get in line but you still have to wait behind all the walk-ins and other preregistered people. Just plan on a whole afternoon of being there.

Brought one of my dogs in for yearly shots. I had to have the new check in procedure explained to me. But eventually we got it done.

Not very organized...came early (2:10 pm) & 2 other people waiting in line. I had no idea that we were to sign in (?) for a place in line. No one wanted to help me to "scan" a place in line on my phone - internet would not connect which lost me time so I ended up being one of the last 4 to be taken care of which amounted to almost 3 hours waiting around which was hard on me and especially my dog. I was not happy with not being explained this ahead of time in my email reminder of my dogs shots. If changing routine of working the clinics months ago, they should have been more organized.
