Dr. Naylor is awesome! You can tell she really cares for all animals and treated my senior dog with extra care. She logically led me through steps of care and we developed a care plan that works for Diego (pet), and me (pet mom). I have always had excellent care and compassion from Dr. Naylor. I know Diego is in good hands for the rest of his time he has left.

It never fails, you are always there. Dr. Wolf has been our vet since she started at MBV. She is phenomenal with our pets and with us no matter the circumstance. We recently brought our cat, 40 in and he was not looking so hot and he couldn't have his gabapentin which is a must for him. Oy! Needless to say, he performed like a wild man. 😫 Dr. Wolf and the amazing technicians didn't skip a beat. They respectfully wrangled him, got him medicated to hopefully get him to chill out (which he did, a bit) and completed his exam to try to figure out what was going on with him. Following our visit, Dr. Wolf checked in via text that day and answered many more text messages over the week as I filled her in on his progress. He's back to his sassy self and it is due to the care of Dr. Wolf and her crew. 40 is our 5th pet in their care and I cannot recommend this practice more. ❤️

2 years after moving out of state, and 3 vets later, I find myself motivated to leave Dr. Lexi Naylor a review. Her treatment and approach with my cat was head and shoulders the best we've found in his decade long life. Thoughtful, present, logical, communicative, and willing to entertain contemporary research as potential explanations for my cat's symptoms. She explained the logic tree and treatment paths thoroughly and linearly, and made me feel like a collaborator, not just a foot soldier in his care. The way her approach strengthened my sense of ownership and 'doing right' by my cat can't be understated. Wish more vets were like that.

Top notch communication and care for our Bull Mastiff. Staff, vet techs and Drs communication & review of plan options went beyond any care elsewhere we have had in the past. Highly recommend Malletts Bay .

We became clients last month after moving to the area with our 2 cats. Our cat Rhubarb needed dental surgery, and despite being new, we were able to quickly get an appointment and surgery booked right away. Everything went smoothly and they happily provided additional help when he needed more pain relief and support afterwards. When our other cat Slinky had a sudden medical episode recently, they were able to see him that day to treat him. Both vets we've met, Dr. Naylor and Dr. Jenkins, have been wonderful and very communicative. Having worked in veterinary clinics myself, I was impressed with their flexibility in scheduling, their willingness to accommodate, and their ability to listen to our concerns. I'm happy we've found a local practice we can depend on, and I definitely recommend them!
