I’ve had a bad experience a couple months back and refused to come back. After some time I decided to give them grace and return.. the elderly lady at the front is kind and does her job right, Ann is the sweetest worker there and she’s very insightful about all of the animals in their care, Jason is very personable and easy to talk to & he answers all questions asked, the tall guy with the dark hair is pretty chill too. Now as for the rude workers who appears to not exactly like their job such as the emo looking boy and the other boy with blonde highlights.. they were very discouraging to applicants, very passive aggressive when conversing, and encouraged applicants to apply else where. And when told that they shouldn’t exactly say that to ppl who apply there, I was told “I have free will on what I can and cannot say”.. well so do I.

​I visited this location on February 25 around 3:45 PM, and my experience was unfortunately quite unpleasant. As soon as I entered, I was hit by a very pungent odor that went well beyond the typical "pet store" smell. ​While a few of the aquariums appeared clean, many others were in dire need of maintenance—to the point where I saw one tank with several dead fish. Beyond the cleanliness, there is a clear safety concern: the back exit hallway and bathroom access were obstructed. The store felt disorganized and poorly maintained overall. I hope management addresses these hygiene and safety issues immediately.
