Alright folks, buckle up—because I’m about to tell you exactly why Jen is the trainer you’ve been searching for. First and foremost, Jen genuinely cares about both you and your dog. She wants you to succeed and gives you the tools, guidance, and support to make that happen. When you work with Jen, you're not just a client for a few sessions—you become a lifelong member of her pack. She’s committed for the long haul. When I moved to California with my Great Dane puppy, Harold, Jen welcomed us with open arms—and no hesitation about working with a large breed. Harold was just a goofy little guy when we started, and as he’s grown into a very big goofball, Jen has been by our side every step of the way. Trust me: you don’t want a 100+ lb dog that’s untrained, and with Jen’s help, that was never a concern. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed guidance, Jen has been there. Whether it’s reviewing videos to troubleshoot behaviors or walking me through a solution, she’s always willing to help. Beyond training, Jen is also incredibly knowledgeable about dog nutrition and wellness. She works with you to find the best options that fit your budget and lifestyle—and she’s been an incredible resource when unexpected medical issues have come up. Jen uses muscle testing to get to the root of health concerns and connect on a deeper level with your pet. I can honestly say she’s helped me save Harold more than once. She’s a strong advocate when speaking with vets and always prioritizes your dog’s wellbeing. I truly believe that without her guidance and support, Harold might not have made it through his medical emergency last summer. Jen isn’t just a dog trainer. She’s a partner, an advocate, and a lifelong supporter of your pup’s best life. When I say she’s a trainer for life, I mean it. You and your dog are in the best hands with Jen.

Jen pushed my dog past his threshold on the first lesson making him react ...then watching her service dog jump on the table to get my pups treats as he is ignoring all her leave it commands! Then after a 2-week lapse in training, I text her to let her know how things were going she took something personally and let me know on the next lesson that she was recording me and has a team of lawyers!! Bizarre, bizarre bazaar. Red flags for sure. This narcissistic trainer is more concerned about her certifications then she is helping any dog! I lost a ton of money but getting away from that toxic environment was worth it. Just wish I would have read previous reviews before jumping into this training contract!

Very disappointed after seeing her emails pointing fingers and blaming others rather than being accountable for poor training techniques. Buyer beware !!!

Honest and Dedicated trainer!! I trained my two standard poodles here and in six weeks they were different dogs altogether!! The training methods and philosophy followed here is far better and can be used any time and it is foolproof!! Highly certified and decorated trainer who is there by your side even after you've completed the course. You WILL get more than what you pay for!

They took my out of control pitbull and turned him around. If Jen's training didn't work, we would have had to euthanize a good dog out of a liability concern. Thank you for saving my dog Buster.
