so money hungry, wouldn’t give even partial refund on a snake i purchased 3 days ago. The return policy on website says 30 days from purchase can be returned with proof of purchase. but i can “donate the snake back”?!?! if you’re a struggling business just say so

Just recently got a kitten from here and let me just say she’s the best cat we could ever possibly hope for. ❤️ She has the best temperament and is amazing with my kids. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and gave us so much information! They even clipped her nails before we left the store. 10/10 We love her to pieces!

Amazing store and employees, Richard, the owner, helped out my two dogs just after our home burned, and we lost everything but each other. I always say shop locally, and Pets Plus is just one of the reasons why. Thank you for helping family stay family.

I purchased a mini-poo last year from here. I got her at 9 weeks old. When she was about 3 months she got very sick and ended up having a blood transfusion. Our Vet said it was a genetic blood disorder and she probably wouldn't survive past 6 months old. She lasted a little over a year and then died from the disorder. Which we were told it's from the way she was bred. We paid $1,000.00 for her and they haven't offered to do anything about it. Be very cautious and aware. Make sure you get assured your pup is okay and take it to the vet ASAP and get an assessment. I miss my little mini-poo and it was something that could have been prevented if she had been bred properly.
