(from Google)Lauren provided excellent customer service! Friendly, funny, great service overall. The food was meh though, everything was lacking flavor and quality. I’m sure the drinks and bar vibe are great though. Lauren made a potentially terrible experience very lovely!
Was blessed to host my Bridal lunch here. Didn't realize brunch wasnt available on Saturdays only Sundays, however, we made the most of it. They placed us in an outdoor/indoor space with a table for 11. We ordered drinks and food and was grateful for the secluded area. The breaded chicken wasn't breaded at...more like naked. Made the chicken taste like rocks. I was too focused on my guests and usually would have sent bk.
My first visit to this establishment was phenomenal! I started with the Calamari appetizer and it did not disappoint, the Calamari was tender and the batter was perfectly seasoned and applied. Then my husband and I both ordered the Bacon Gouda burger and they were absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked juicy burgers, my husband chose fries (which were delicious) and I had onion rings. I must say the onion rings were absolutely massive and equally delicious. Then came dessert and I have never been a fan of bread pudding but I think I’ve been eating badly made ones because their bread pudding topped with ice cream was so heavenly! It was a sweet buttery experience and I’ll be back for that dessert alone! All in all 5 stars, highly recommend.
This place is always busy, and for good reason. The food is amazing, and even though it has a busy atmosphere, the service is still incredible. I highly suggest coming here, just be sure to make a reservation at least 45 minutes out! Find a seat at the bar while you wait!
We live in Yorktown, and it's been at least eight years since we've eaten at Park Lane; I'm happy to say today's lunch more than lived up to my already delicious memories! I had the Cæsar salad, to which they graciously changed from grilled chicken to grilled steak. Oh, my sainted aunt, the greens were so fresh and crisp, and my steak was perfectly medium rare. So good! My husband had the burger with corned beef and fries - the burger disappeared quickly, but the fries were the revelation of the meal. I don't usually like wedge fries, but these were incredibly crispy on the outside without being mushy on the inside. Definitely in my top ten fries experience! Service was awesome, from reception to our server, who was attentive and friendly. I won't wait another eight years to return!
