The best dog groomer ever. We have been taking our two dogs since they were pups. They come home looking and smelling great.

My friend, who has been a customer for YEARS, had to call to cancel an appointment a few weeks ago due to a family emergency. On her next visit, she was told that she owed a $50 fee for the canceled appointment. Although my friend reiterated that there was an emergency, the owner was adamant and a bit rude about that $50. Had the owner showed some compassion and care for a long- time customer, she might have learned that the day of the canceled appointment was the day that my friend's daughter unexpectedly passed away. My friend paid the woman her fifty bucks, but won't returning to or referring others to Versace.

Salon Versace is the best groomer I’ve found in Virginia Beach. My dogs are excited to run inside when we pull into the parking lot. They always call to give reminders and often take cute pictures of my dogs when they’re freshly groomed.

I left a message around 815am on Friday morning to schedule my 16 week old Bernedoodle for her first visit. They called me back around 1pm and the receptionist was an absolute delight. The think the wait in between was completely reasonable being that it was a Friday and busy. They were also able to schedule her for an appointment the next day. She answered all of my questions and was so pleasant. My husband dropped her off and it was smooth and welcoming. He said all the dogs that walked in were greeted by their names and with excitement. We went and picked her up and she looked absolutely beautiful and was in a great mood. They made us aware of our puppies umbilical hernia, which we’ve already been monitoring with her vet, but I thought it was so courteous for them to share in case we were not aware. They were kind and walked us through her next visits and when she’d begin actual hair cuts. It was such an amazing first visit. We can’t wait to keep taking her back.
