(from Google)We attended the Night at the Discovery Center Event tonight with our five young grandchildren. What a wonderful, family friendly event it was. There were many hands on exhibits for the kids to enjoy. The volunteers and the staff were just amazing. The kids had so much fun and learned a lot. They came home with lots of fun keepsakes and activities to work on. They already asked if we can go again next year. The Pine Bush Discovery Center and its wonderful staff and volunteers are a wonderful resource for our community. Thank you for all you do.
Great place for birdwatching. A little icy in winter, so come prepared.
The Discovery Center is fun to explore & Learn. Plenty of Parking there with accessible walkways. Push button auto opening doors. Very friendly staff and a small but extensive gift shop. I didnt explore the trails in this visit there are many to enjoy.
Wide range of paths, from a quarter mile to several miles long. It felt so far away from all the busyness in the area; it was like taking a day trip to an isolated area. There was no fee to go on the trails. As an added bonus, the discovery center, which is full of information, is free to explore.
Quaint place to walk with various trails in a park with meadows. The trails are clearly and frequently marked which is very nice. They are also well maintained and you get some decent views as you wander around. My main complaint would be the amount of road noise but that isn't something I hold against the park considering its location. I would be open to coming back and tying some of the longer trails.
