Happi Pup Spa (formerly Sydnees Pet Grooming)

I took my border collie, Mara into Happi Pup Spa to get groomed because she’s always been so scared of the water any time in attempt to give her a batch myself. When walked in to the shop, I was immediately greeted and they took the time to tell me exactly what my dog needs as far as grooming goes, which was very different than what I booked for as I wasn’t sure what options to select for her as far as professional grooming goes! As expected Mara was terrified and literally was using all her efforts not to go to the back room (this in reality is not a scary place, she is a very anxious dog!) Once it was time for pick up, Emily gave me a run down on everything they did clean up my sweet pup and her behavior during the process. Emily also gave me necessary recommendations to help her overcome her grooming fears both in person and in a digital report that was sent to me afterwards. That really impressed me! Mara looks absolutely amazing, I was so happy with the results. I absolutely recommend Happi Pup Spa, and Emily! We will be bringing Mara in again soon! Thank you!!! Our baby’s first groom and he was treated so sweetly and gently!! Zoey and the staff were phenomenal and helped ease my anxiety about his first experience. He left smiling and tale wagging and he looks just perfect. They didn’t push and only did what he was comfortable with for his first puppy groom ❤️

Happi Pup Spa is absolutely AMAZING! Our pup Maisy loves going there for her grooming appointments — she practically dances in the car when we tell her she’s going to see her favorite stylist, Ezra! As soon as we walk through the door, she tries to jump over the counter just to get to him. Their bond is the sweetest thing to witness — Ezra treats Maisy like a true pampered princess, and she adores every second of it. The entire team at Happi Pup Spa is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The location itself is super clean, bright, and open — we love that we can see the groomers at work, and it always gives us peace of mind knowing Maisy is in such caring hands. Ezra is a gem — not only is he open to feedback, but he also gives great expert advice that we always trust. His positive energy is infectious, and he makes the grooming experience fun and relaxing for both Maisy and us humans alike. Happi Pup Spa also uses fabulous all-natural grooming products, and they offer great food toppers you can purchase for your dog — Maisy is a fan of those too! We especially love the detailed grooming report they send after each visit — the adorable cartoon photo always makes us smile, and we’ve saved every single one to share with family and friends. All in all, Happi Pup Spa gets 4 puppy paws up and 2 human thumbs up from our household. Highly recommend to any dog parent who wants only the best for their fur baby

I have two Parti Poodles that I’ve been bringing to Happi Pet Spa Grooming for more than two years. They love it so much, jump for joy when their leashes are handed to the groomers. Summer & Storm’s cuts are trendy and unique and definitely captures their personality. At the dog park, they get compliments on their cut every time.

They took such great care of my Golden Retriever Moose! He’s a bit afraid so they took their time and made sure they went at a pace he was ok with. He’s gets pretty ratty and he looks so perfect now! I totally recommend taking your dogs to them! They sent me a report after and cute pictures of Moose!
