Zoom Room Dog Training

I could not let this evening go by without giving all of the best and biggest kudos to Michaela and Bryan. They provided so much positive energy from the time we were greeted upon walking in until we left. Michaela took care of us first in going through orientation and what it would look like for our pup to join in classes. She was patient, energetic, and didn’t mind all of our questions. What also really impressed me was squeezing in our dog for an evaluation the same day while there were several other dogs and families in class. She was able to make us feel like we were the only customers in the room at the time. She was amazing! I can’t forget about Bryan as well. The communication and teamwork between the two of them is special and the owner must breathe a big sigh of relief whenever they are scheduled. While our pup was being evaluated Bryan took the time to connect with me about his love of dogs in a heartfelt conversation about our families. Not only was he okay with letting me talk his ear off, he still was locked in to our pups evaluation and I got to witness how both him and Michaela partnered together for our dog making sure they aligned on what they observed. The facility looked premium and had an exceptional staff to go with it. They had a great selection of treats and toys so any dollar spent here is well spent. If I could give infinite stars I would and I look forward to our family having more exceptional experiences here at the zoom room!

My dog Lucy and I love the Zoom Room! Charlotte, my trainer, created a safe, controlled environment tailored entirely to Lucy's pace with flexible sessions that focus on impulsivity training, obedience, agility, and herding. Plus, there is access to other dogs,so we can work on her reactivity in a controlled setting. We are already seeing incredible improvements in Lucy's confidence and focus. The space is exceptionally clean, organized, and stress-free. While all the trainers are exceptional, I highly recommend Charlotte. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly understands dog behavior!

We needed some help for our 1 year old basset hound Ringo. He was people shy and wasn't behaving very well. I needed to learn how to give him some obedience training asap. I have been pleasantly surprised at how fast he picked up on the training that they taught us! He has been learning to focus, which I though would never happen! He has a great time every time we've been there. He is beginning to trust strangers and he loves to show off his new skills and eat his yummy treats. We bought some treats in store and he loves them. They have a very cool treat bar and lots of variety of treats, toys, and gear. The employees have been awesome. I will just say I am an anxious person and was nervous to bring him, but he has done really well with the group training and private training.

We had a great experience at Zoom Room with Michaela teaching the puppy agility course 2/21/26. She was very attentive and took the time to show me how to handle the course better so Cleo could run more smoothly and confidently. She reinforced good skills while offering clear corrections that really helped both handler and puppy succeed. 😉 Highly recommend

Bryan is amazing with my dogs. I have three Mini Aussie Shepard’s. These are high energy dogs so the Obedience we’ve done with Xavier and now Agility with Bryan has been great for my trio. They love going to ‘Class’ at Zoom and the staff is extremely pet friendly and knowledgeable. ❤️🐶🐶🐶❤️
