DO NOT GO HERE! Landon is unbelievably rude. I tip my washers $100 everytime. If you don't look at people as people, how do you look at animals. He makes it very obvious and blatant he does not care about the customer or anything the customer is says. I brought my dog in with a muzzle so others wouldnt be afraid, showed him and others my dog was friendly, i was there fornover 30 mins explaining i drove to drop off my dog. THEY STATED EVEN THOUGHY DOG IS NOT AGGRESSIVE THEY CAN NOT TAKE HIM BC HE CAME IN WITH A MUZZLE. THEY SAIF I COULD BRING HIM IN, THEN MUZZLE HIM AND LEAVE. WOW. I said if I would have known I would have never brought the muzzle.THEY SAID SINCE YOU WALKED IN WITH HIM ALREADY MUZZLED, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW FRIENDLY HE IS THEY CANT BE SEEN. My dog was snapped at by another dog in the lobby and hid behind me. I will never bring any animals to this establishment again or buy and all of my pet items. Worst customer service/ experience possible. Also they make filing a BBB complaint a little difficult but im getting it done. Policy needs to be posted or changed and Landon needs to do something else for work period.

I went to buy flea product for my dogs and cats. They were very helpful, reasonable priced. I will return to buy more. The girl at the counter was very helpful.
