(from Google)Actually, the gooses are not from this park though I would like to share some awesome photos of gooses' family, they are so exceptional!
Beautiful easy nature trail through woods. Very picturesque coupled with open space and woods, path takes by small waterfalls, by stream and crossing over a stream breathing in nature. There are several other trails to branch off . Regular walkers do this 4 mile easy walk with friends and families.
Cool spot to go hiking or dog walking!
An easily accessible beautiful relatively easy stroll in the redwoods can be found adjacent to the city of Santa Cruz and UCSC. Includes a view of historic lime kilns and views of the Monterey Bay. Free access no out of pocket purchase required.
Pogonip was good enough, but not amazing. Very nice options for trails, some shady trails, some open space trails, some great views, spotted a deer, and some good exercise, but no trail gets a five star from me unless there is something spectacular to see, like a waterfall - and the Lost Boys House is cool, but not spectacular. Besides, when we left, I found a tick crawling on my neck under my ear lobe and then turned around to find 2 more on my dog. We've been on lots of trails around here, and that's by FAR the most ticks I've found. Yuck.
