Drunken Octopus

Strong, interesting, tasty drinks. The fried shrimp appetizer was acceptable but without imagination. The rice with multiple meats was OK but bland, and quite salty. The grilled drunken octopus on a salad was a bit sad, especially for a restaurant with Drunken Octopus in its name. The octopus was grilled too long and became dry and tough. The "salad" was a couple of slices of tomato on top of finely cut iceberg lettuce. That's it! I got some vinaigrette for it. But the whole production was pretty sad. I'm sorry to say it. But it's so.....

We chose the Drunken Octopus due to the location to our Airbnb. And what a fantastic find. The service from our waiter was great, and he made the best spicy margarita! The food was outstanding. I had the mahi-mahi Mofongo, hubby had the seafood rice. Both dishes were delicious with so much flavour and great value for money. They were both one of the best meals we’ve had on our holiday in Puerto Rico. 100% recommend stopping here for a meal.

Adorable place that we happened upon from our Airbnb . Our bartender, Ashley, was so friendly and welcoming and made me the best skinny margarita! We ate the chicken wings for an app while we were figuring out dinner plans. The owner, Brenda, came over to chat and gave us so many great recommendations for our time here in Rincon. We will probably come back to this charming place again before we leave. Live music here later tonight which we will sadly miss! Great vibe here! Thank you!

We ordered the Margo with steak also the octopus salad it’s more of a cocktail and it was delicious

Stopped here for dinner. Like the other comments said, don’t be deterred by the location! My arroz con Mariscos was amazing, my husbands steak mofongo was so good he can’t stop talking about it! Nico, the manager (owners dog) was an amazing supervisor! Welcoming staff, amazing drinks, and even better food. Definitely deserves more people than what we saw there. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
