Took my dog in because he was limping and we found a large lump in his armpit initial appointment was ok he’s a large dog that’s not easy to work with after a visual inspection they decided we should schedule for ex-rays which was ok when we took him for that the price we were told was not the actual price they told us one x-ray if it was unclear then they might need to do another ok that makes sense we got billed for 3 but they clearly showed in the first ex-ray there was nothing abnormal but graciously told us they actually did 4 but only charged for 3 told us his bones looked good but that’s not even why we came in we got no explanation for what was wrong until I had to call back and be on the phone for over 20 minutes to find out anything that made any sense and still beat around the bush until I told them I was very familiar with large farm animal vet services and how things work. They wouldn’t willingly just say what was going on until pressed felt very shady and then found out we were supposed to get medication to bring home but they got to busy to remember the dog had clear issues going in and told after all that that they think he’s fine they can’t find anything. Definitely don’t recommend there services you shouldn’t have to pry information on your animals treatment out of them that ended up being a big run around with plenty of excuses if they get to busy to remember medication what else are they missing. Customer service on the other hand was good the receptionist handled questions very professionally and did the absolute best she could with the information she had I would give her 5 stars everything else felt very shady and veiled

I always recommend this vet in my line of work as they are often very accommodating for new clients. Appreciate y'alls professionalism and hospitality. ❤️

They are super professional and awesome with the animals i had a great experience with getting my puppies first shots they were so sweet with him and he was so relaxed he didn't even yelp when he got his shots

Contacted them to schedule a appointment for a C-section and came in for the day and was turned around the doctor saying that it was to early to pull the pups and was charged for a bull crap”examination” and she had them hours later and lost 4 puppies 1 not included in the photo below

Willow had slowly stopped eating her food tried wet food lasted a few days then stopped Monday night she threw up twice Tuesday morning pouring blood and throwing up 5 times I called every vet near by they were so sweet and was able to work her in diagnose her start her on antibiotics and perform her surgery the following morning to save her life. I will forever be greatful to all the staff here everyone I met was knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend them and will be staying with them for her care I can't recommend them enough!!!
