(from Google)So I have 3 dogs and I so far, I've taken all of my dogs and Bailey has filed their little nails, and i'm overjoyed, by the service. Making appointments is easy. Getting there is easy because it's got plenty of parking. And the place is super clean. The staff is more than friendly.
The staff were caring, knowledgeable and very well trained working with my “spicy” chihuahua. Our veterinarian won’t even do her nails but Lucky Dog knew exactly how interact and handle the situation. I am so appreciative and so happy with the results of the nail trimming. I will never go anywhere else!
They’re amazing I’ve had to have my German shepherd sedated to have her nails trimmed probably because she was traumatized at 4mths old by the wrong person trying to clip them and I just kept thinking sedation can’t be good for her all the time that and the COST also her at the vet all day and being groggy from the meds for the next day and a half, But let me tell you Lucky Puppy got her nails trimmed with a couple little hiccups and it was amazing also I got to be there with her my son was the one holding her face and talking to her, Storm loves my son he’s such a loving animal person he also has her sister Rayne which will probably be going to Lucky Puppy as well THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!! You ladies were awesome. Sincerely: Mary & Storm
Bailey and Jessie are phenomenal (the entire staff is but these girls deserve a shout out) I’m so glad to have patient and caring hands for my skiddish girl who has issues with her nails. Beyond grateful for them and so glad they have a Brandon location!
This was our very first visit to Lucky Puppy 🐶✨. Before bringing my puppy home she had two nails almost gone and ever since then she’s been terrified when I try to clip them 😔. I honestly expected the process to take forever because of how scared she gets when her feet are touched. Alyssa the nail tech and her wonderful assistant, whose name I’m so sorry I can’t remember 🙏, were absolutely amazing 💕🐾. They were so kind, calm, and patient and you can truly tell they love what they do 🥰. Even though my pup was tense in the new environment she didn’t bite, pull, move, or bark 🙌. I left so impressed and with such peace of mind. Thank you Lucky Puppy, we will definitely be back 🌟🐕💖 I’ve included some before and after photos. 📸🐾
