Obedience Club of Chattanooga

Awesome club. Awesome exhibitors. Wonder wonderful club to work for and with. Everyone was tremendous. Appreciate to opportunity to judge for the OCC!!

This is staffed by volunteers. You are being trained as well as your dog which is something I wanted (I didn't want to send my dog off to be trained and then not know how to work my dog). Some of the volunteers are a bit gruff and forget that you are paying for this service even if they are volunteering their time. You have to be able to practice with your dog at home in order to get the best results. If you can't put time in at home don't expect class night to work. And don't expect you dog to have learned what you paid for. We started where they suggested we start maybe they should have seen my dogs abilities first because I think the first class has been a little slow for my dog. But we have learned together and look forward to the next class. From there I'll have to update my review further

I can not say enough good things. Everyone there is professional and very knowledgeable. They are friendly, patient, and just all-around fun. Our dog has learned a lot, and we will continue to bring her. They offer so many training courses and sessions.

2 classes of Puppy STAR training and it's great. The class has puppies over 5 months old, all breeds. The instruction teaches you a lot about you and your dogs relationship and your responsibility as a pet owner. I would recommend OCC to anyone that has a furbaby!

I have had a great experience! OCC has a wonderful Puppy Preschool program (BEST in the region); solid obedience classes; and I love the different tracks that dog and handler teams can take (nose work, obedience, rally, and agility). I love that there is an applied animal behaviorist who is there and can handle more intense cases (reactivity, aggression, etc.)! And Fair play Friday's are great! It is reassuring to me that play is monitored to a high degree by knowledgeable and trained people and explained to all who attend.
