Dr Mann provides top care for our cat and dog. He's caring. And his staff is patient and amazingly kind (to animals and humans). Plus the office cat is the most healthy nonchalant feline that I have ever seen - and cats are a good indicator! Without reservation, I recommend this clinic.

"I cannot recommend this office enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. They are incredibly kind, patient, and you can tell they truly love animals. They took the time to answer all my questions and treated my pet with so much care and gentleness. It’s such a relief knowing my pet is in such wonderful hands!"

Any pet owners taking your dog here please consider taking your time making serious decisions. They move quick and can result to serious consequences. Took my dog here for one issue that caused several issues that led my pet to a critical condition. The staff and doctor move quick and will easily convince guest to make decisions. Took my dog for an issue and shortly after had to put my dog to sleep. I understand these are professionals but I believe the my dogs situation could've been handled in a more responsible timely manner. I almost wish I didn't bring my dog here. My dog passed away and they don't even know. I paid over $4000 just to have my dog slowly fade away. Shame.

Had a horrible experience here. Prior to taking in a stray cat I brought the cat to Rohnert park animal services where they checked twice for a microchip. They told me they found no microchip and told me I could surrender the cat or take her in. Being an animal lover I took the cat in. Then brought the cat to this clinic to get her checked out, spayed etc. After an exam, and they took X-rays, they informed me that the cat in fact did have a microchip. Then they proceeded to treat me as if I were some kind of cat kidnapper. I spent hours looking through every website where you can post about missing pets. I posted pictures of the cat for over a month. Nobody reached out. They also charged me for the x-rays. I will never return. Staff is really lacking in the empathy department. The place is also way overpriced.

GO ANYWEHERE ELSE In over a decade, I have never experienced such disrespect from such a provider than at this clinic. My cat was recommended to be seen by a cardiologist and a plan was made by the specialist. Came in last week for blood work follow up from starting medications and learning that animal PCMs and specialists do not collaborate and the pcm will want to do their own plan and possibly change the medications given rather than work with the specialist or even talk with the specialist. Odd. I told the doctor they should work on their decorum rather than speak over the owner, down talk to them, or mansplain to them medications when the owner actually works in the medical field. I was told that they needed better patients then. They tried to upcharge me on the bloodwork they wanted to do and repeat full set of labs when it was not needed and over $400 (and completed less than 2 months prior) when the specialist said minimal labs to check on how the medications were or were not affecting the kidneys. When asked about why the labs would be so much and the person I spoke with that morning, front desk reception, told me 2 prices well under 200. Mentioned this as well and told by the doctor they dont know what they are talking about or anything of that sort since they are not doctors and only front desk. Again, odd. Those are the people that work with and for you and coincidentally also female. Come today, 11/10 and I see they decided to check out my linkedin which I find rather odd again and concerning why they would be looking into my profile. Truthfully, I wanted to really like this location. However, whoever the first doctor was I met wanted to never go back but needed my animal to be seen the 2nd time and whoever that was should be hired full time staff. They were great.
