Dr. Meina is the best!!! His assistant Kate is very attentive. My entire experiences here at Ambassador, have always been met with compassion and care. I love this place. Thank you Ambassador!!! 💯🐾🐾

The staff and veterinarians genuinely care about me and my cats, and the Veterinarians have patiently explained abnormal test results, next steps, and treatment options. I have never been rushed during appointments, and I'm always treated with dignity and respect. In those rare instances where I have had an urgent pet need, this office has given me an immediate appointment to address the issue. I appreciate the care, concern and respect I am shown at Long Beach Veterinary Hospital, and will not go anywhere else.

Our experience at Ambassador Long Beach Veterinary Hospital has been great. We didn't have an appointment, but we were able to walk in and be seen same day and seen within the hour of arriving. They were very busy, but a well oiled machine. The staff upfront were very kind and friendly. The Vet Techs were also very sweet and kind. Our Veterinarian, Dr. M. Shenouda, was very kind as well. He showed our cat love and attention and was able to help her quickly. He was very thorough with the diagnosis, treatment and medications. Didn't rush me at all and answered all of my questions. I would recommend having your beloved pet be taken care of here.

We are long-time patients of this clinic and have always trusted the team with our dogs’ care, which is why we continue to come here whenever our pets are not feeling well. We brought Kino in because he was experiencing excessive itchiness, redness, vomiting, and was clearly in discomfort. Despite the office being very busy, we truly appreciated the time that Dr. Meina took to see him and make sure he received the treatment he needed. From the moment we were brought in, he listened attentively as I explained Kino’s symptoms and concerns. It meant so much to feel heard and understood, especially when your pet is clearly not feeling well and in distress. Dr. Meina took the time to thoroughly assess Kino’s condition and explain the available treatment options, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed with the plan of care. His patience, professionalism, and compassion helped make an already stressful situation much easier for both us and our dog. I would also like to thank Marisol, the manager, who reached out after we addressed our concerns and helped refer us to their sister clinic’s urgent care so that Kino could receive the care he needed as soon as possible. Despite some initial misunderstanding, the office took the time to listen to our concerns and worked with us to find a way to assist in getting Kino the care he needed. That level of communication and willingness to help truly made a difference. Veterinarians and their teams play such an important role in relieving pain, managing illness, and ensuring our pets are comfortable and safe. We love this clinic and appreciate the dedication the staff shows to their patients and families. After my longtime vet was retired, I was searching for someone I could really trust, and I’m so grateful to say I finally found him—Dr. Michael! Dr. Michael is so knowledgeable and so caring, and he always has the best advice. We always feel like our pets are in good hands with him. I can’t say enough about the team here. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Sarah! She is so kind, sweet, and always professional, which makes every visit smoother and more comfortable.
