Petco

Being that I'm 74 years old with 2 darling kittens, I was so happy that I could buy the large sacks of food and cat litter at Petco.... the staff, without asking, grabed my heavy bags and followed me out to the car! The staff is VERY kind and it is truly a one stop animal supply store.

The bulk dog treat bar didn't have my dogs' favorite treats. I need a dry treat of a specific size to put in to balls that dispense them as the dogs play with them. Another item that I need is not carried at Petco. I need Riley's Originals Pill Wraps. I'll shop at other pet stores.

Had a wonderful experience with Vetco today! I took in 2 of my dogs one being a senior my normal vet has never recommended a senior blood pannel and this vet did, I super appreciated the information and why blood work yearly is important for all senior pets. They didn’t pressure me into anything and allowed me to make an informed decision for my pet. After talking with the vet I decided to wait for vaccines on my old man to make sure he was internally doing good. As for my pup she got her vaccines and was super happy during the hole procedure. They were a bit busy which I expected with how reasonable their prices are the staff let me know corporate only alots 5 mins for each apt which as any pet parent would know if you have questions or concerns 5 mins an apt is not reasonable. So thank you Vetco for taking extra time to answer all my questions and concerns and for providing such quality care to my pets.

I preference this PetCo above others because of the staff. I am terrible at names, but all of the floor and checkout staff I have interacted with are consistently really friendly and knowledgeable. They all clearly really love animals and are excited to help you find anything you need, but also aren't in your face while you are shopping. I especially enjoy how much the staff seem to genuinely like and respect each other - it's a delight to come into a store and see the staff having a good time together. Paired with great service, it makes me feel really comfortable and excited about spending my money there!

Petco on NE Glisan has been my go-to for almost everything our cats need. From special diets and treats to indoor & outdoor hideaways, the prices are fair and the customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. And, all the dogs enjoying the aisles tells me it's the same great place for other pets.
