Provo River Parkway Trailhead

Such a great place to walk. The wind off the river makes the air feel cool even on the hottest days, and there’s always lost of shade along the whole path. If you’re into swimming in freezing water there are also multiple spots along the river to do cold plunges.

Nice paved trail. Runs along the river and past a waterfall. We were riding our bikes, be prepared this is a popular trail. I think this would be a great ride once the leaves start turning colors in the fall.

Very scenic walk not a lot of shade.

Beautiful place to go for a walk, run, cycle, dog walk etc. Every season is unique and amazing up there.

I love running this trail!! It is super busy in the mornings, but the trail is great as the incline is really slight you barely feel like you’re going uphill. We ran 3 up and 3 down and it was great! Good views and in the shade the majority of the time.
