Vets PR

Our dog bit a frog and we didn't notice until started seizuring and foaming at the mouth. A neighbor said to take him to Vets PR that were open 24 hrs. As soon as I walked in they took him in and around 30 mins he was looking much better. They put an IV and meds. They explained everything and they kept him over night. The next day he was back home. My son was very scared for his dog, I was able to make a video before leaving him overnight.

I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to be honest with anyone who desperately needs your love to be under the BEST Possible care in the Entire Island!!! I mean this! We drove there after rescuing a kitten who had his entire face, eyes, nose, mouth, forehead, cheeks completely gone! In over 25 yrs as an animal rescuer, I had never seen a case anywhere close to this situation. A new friend, employee of PetsSmart drove us to this Emergency Hospital, i thought it was either another animal had tear off her face such as a dog, cat or iguana or someone threw her acid. My new friend diagnosed her immediately & said… it wasn’t another animal … it’s a disease! In a million years would had this crossed my mind & the Vet here diagnosed this faceless kitten as having Cancer with less than 20% of survival. A hard decision for her chosen name given by our new friend to this poor kitten was “Esperanza “. Our only choice was euthanize her for no more pain, suffering and starvation. She is now in Heaven. No more pain! The crew there was as if they were family. Extremely Professional, compassionate, caring human beings! Unheard of! I thank you sincerely, respectfully & with the upmost gratitude for their Extraordinary Excellent service & Divinely Gifted Team. They are Angels & a trip well worth it! Prices are exceptional affordable, as well. Thank you so very much! Love you guys!

OMG!! Where do I start to begin expressing how EXCELLENT this 24/hr hospital is!!! ( I'm shaking my head..lol) My 3 yr old Rottweiler was sick with diareah and not keeping food down for 5 days. I knew he needed a higher standard of clinical care instead of his regular Vet with more advanced technologies for more extensive tests. Staff was professional from the time I walked into the hospital, admitting me to be seen and taking all my Rotties information. The hospital was very busy, so the wait was lengthy, due to a lot of surgeries and emergency visits that were already present before me, waiting patiently. All of the Staff were so courteous, empathetic and handled each admission with so much care, dignity and respect. That warmed my heart and I knew I was in the right place. ( we drove 1hr and 20 min from Ciales because it was the only hospital closest to us, that didn't close at 1pm on a Sarurday) My Chesty is a large dog and extremely strong. His regular Vet and Techs are somewhat terrified of him anytime he has to visit for treatment. When it was our turn to see the Doctor, Chesty became very anxious and barking continuously at Staff. It was kind of frightening to see because he is a gentle giant but he just doesn't like going to the Vet. Nurse Danielle came in while Chesty was showing teeth and acting like a bull. She called him to come to her and told my husband to let go of the leash and not to worry. Chesty went to her calmly and followed Danielle and Christine into the backroom like he knew them his whole existence. I couldn't believe it!!!! Those 2 women were so tiny and handled my Rottie like noone I've ever seen!! Danielle and Christine you ladies are truly blessed with a special skillset!!! ( love you Chicas to pieces 😘) Xrays, bloodwork and other tests were done diagnosing my baby's issue. My Husband and spoke with the attending Vet Doctor that was there. I forgot his name!! ( so sorry) But he was great! He explained everything to us in elementary form so we could completely understand what we needed to do as far a monitoring Chesty. I was very please with the entire visit and all of the WONDERFUL STAFF there!!!! I appreciate all that you guys did for my Chesty!! He's recovering nicely and the meds are working!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL....WE WILL NEVER FORGET 🙏🏽❤️💯

My beloved 15 year old cat Misha, was suffering from a pyometra, they were able to save her, that was during the summer. The incredible care and kindness towards both us really put me at ease. The staff was patient and professional the whole time. I don't have enough words of gratitude for the astounding care they gave to my senior cat. They truly saved her. I don't think she would have had a fighting chance or would have survived had I taken her elsewhere that Sunday night. I really recommend this place if your pet has an emergency or for any basic check ups. Your pet will get the best care, I'm sure of it.
