Legacy Animal Hospital

Follow up! My dog had to get neutered due to having a mass on his sack. We went in a few weeks ago (referred by another vet since they didn't do surgeries) and had a great experience and we went back in this past Friday to get his staples removed. Had another great experience! I mean seriously we were in and out within 20 mins and when we got home the incision looked good! I would highly recommend legacy! I have always avoided taking my dog into places after a not so good experience a few years ago at Blue Pearl in Avondale. Legacy took such great care of my dog even though he is super anxious. Thank you for the great service and excellent front office people and surgery team!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I say this for many reasons. The staff is so caring, and you can tell they really love animals and want what's best for them. My dog is almost 8 years old (frenchbull dog so he is hyper and super anxious when getting treated) and ended up forming a mass on his scrotum, and after getting checked at EasyVet (great experience there too), they recommended Legacy for his neuter surgery. Britney S the surgeon did such an amazing job (stitches/staples were minimal and she closed the wound very well) and came in after and gave us a complete run down. Very friendly and super knowledgable answering all my crazy questions! We have only been to one other “hospital” which was Pearl in Avondale a few years ago and I can tell you that Legacy is waaay more clean, friendly and affordable! Example: Pearl makes you buy the medication and Cone there for waaaaay over cost and Legacy allowed us to bring our own cone. Seems so dumb and insignificant but when you are already have to paying hundreds or thousands of dollars its the little things that add up! After 4 days post surgery my pup is feeling so much better and back to his normal self! If you are looking for a place that doesn't try to get you for thousands of dollars, gives you the knowledge you need to know how to care for your pet at home and really treats you and your pets great, go to Legacy Animal Hospital!!!

I can’t recommend Legacy Animal Hospital enough! Dr. Schultz and the amazing vet techs—Emma, Kylie, Sicily, and Sam—have been incredible every time I’ve brought my dogs in. Dr. Schultz is an excellent vet—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, never making me feel rushed, and always ensuring I understand my dogs’ care plan. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does, and that level of dedication really shows. The vet techs are just as fantastic! Emma, Kylie, Sicily, and Sam are all so kind, gentle, and patient. They handle my dogs with care and make every visit as stress-free as possible. It’s obvious they love what they do, and it makes such a difference in the experience. From start to finish, every visit to Legacy Animal Hospital has been positive. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares about your pets and a team that goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Tried out this vet today after a few bad experiences at another place. I was nervous at first, but the vet tech and vet both treated my dogs in a very sweet way. One of my dogs is a little anxious and they just treated him with patience. The front office staff was thorough and ensured my dogs were receiving the correct vaccines and noticed that one of them hadn’t gotten the same care as the other dog at the last place we went to, which I hadn’t known. I was so glad she brought this to my attention. They were reasonable and professional when going over costs and treatment for my dogs, and the costs were cheaper than the last place, too. I am happy that I decided to give Legacy Animal Hospital a try and will continue to come back here. Attached you’ll see a pic of my two dogs just chillin, which is a good sign to me! ❤️

I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but positive experiences! Everyone is so kind not only to us, but to our fur baby! They always take really good care of her. I highly recommend Legacy Animal hospital to anyone looking for a fantastic vet for their furry loved ones!
