Gather 22

I was taken on a brunch date to this location and I was not impressed. The crem brûlée danish had no crunch on the sugar, it just taste burnt. The French toast was really good although the toppings weren’t my thing, I personally don’t feel they paired well. The “bacon” (I’ve never witness bland pork until now) I got from the appetizer menu didn’t have any saltiness to it which should normally come from pork. The main point of getting the latte was because the design was suppose to be a heart (as pictured on the menu Valentine’s) it came lukewarm with I’m assuming a mushroom design, the turkey sandwich was the only thing you couldn’t get if you don’t eat red meat. My girlfriend enjoyed it. The was entirely too slow.

Went as part of the Devour Indy promotion; never been here before and was extremely impressed! The plates were very elegantly prepared. The flavor of each dish was very carefully balanced, and each bite was pleasant and satisfying. The beets in the salad were tender, lightly acidic, and earthy. The half chicken was wonderfully prepared with char on the skin and an overall sweetness and tang from the pomegranate syrup and yogurt. The matcha panna cotta was very delicate, with mild matcha flavor. I personally was not a fan of the caramelized banana, but it was perfectly prepared so it would be pleasant to someone who actually enjoys bananas served this way. Even the glass of wine I ordered, the orange Gulp Hablo, was tasty and did not result in an unpleasant headache after dinner. In addition, our server had good humor and the ambiance was very harmonious. My bill total included all the above items and tip which rounded out at ~$75.

Great experience at Gather 22! I really enjoyed the coffee and the Cuban sandwich — both were delicious and well prepared. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A great spot to relax and enjoy good food and coffee. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited during the DJ Coffee Club + PJ Sauna Social in downtown Indianapolis, sponsored by Tinker Coffee, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and music totally passed the Vibe Check 💯 —truly a fabulous event. My gochujang roll paired beautifully with the Iced Berry Ritual, making for a memorable combination. Without a doubt, this is a place I look forward to returning to.

I treated myself to brunch on a random Thursday. There was no wait. I sat at bar and was instantly greeted and brought a glass of water. I ordered a mimosa and coffee (I cannot decide which one I prefer most) and the pizza. The vibe was great. I sat in peace and read my kindle. I would definitely come back. My drinks were perfect. They use Tinker coffee. The pizza was great, it was thin crust (my favorite). There were 6 slices I could only eat 3. I thought I could eat the pizza later, but it was pretty soggy later. I did add everything to the pizza
