(from Google)This is a beautiful waterfront park. Very clean and manicured with plenty of benches to relax on. A long concrete wall all along the edge of the waterfront for people to sit and eat a nice lunch. If only they had more than 1 picnic table it would have the full package for seated eating. With water that is clear enough to see through its beautiful. A fisherman's little day spot to catch fish from the Bay here in Sarasota. Small little playground with one slide and a swing for 2 kids. Sorry no pictures children were playing on both. It gets 4 stars especially for how well kept it is. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the seating. Thanks for providing doggie cleanup bags hopefully people clean up after their furry friends. Although they were out of them when I was here. All said I'm happy I came here to find a peaceful not overly crowded place to relax, read and feel clean when leaving.
I really wish I lived near this park. What a quaint well taken care of Park. It had a fancy dog watering station, a few benches, a nice small playground, and well-kept grass. The views were amazing.. lf you have a dog, this would be the highlight of its day.
Nice little park along the small bay. A few benches facing the water and west, so a great, quiet, and perfect location for watching sunsets. Also great for watching pelicans (and the occasional osprey) diving for fish. And we have seen dolphins come in to feed too just before sunset. There is also a small playground with swings. No tables, so sit on the grass, or let your feet dangle over the water. No restrooms. Easy, and free, street parking.
Beautiful little park for anyone that wants to relax and find a small spot to let your mind free. It's also a dog park so it is setup with the amenities you need to walk your dog there which is nice. There is also a small playground for the little ones. The best part about this park is the view out to the bay. Keep in mind there is no parking lot. You will have to park on the side of the street.
Beautiful view of the bay to sit & watch the sunset. Dog friendly & has a fountain and dish for doggies to gets drink. Benches & swings, handicap accessable playground. Lots of shade. Park along the road.
