(from Google)We stopped here so our daughter could get some energy out during a roadtrip. This is a very serene, green park with plenty of trees and a beautiful lake through the middle. There are covered picnic tables, public restrooms and some decent play equipment.

Gorgeous views, lots of photo ops, several benches along the paths.
We visited the Japanese Garden. Very pretty. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is in various states of disrepair (some of it is under construction), benches have broken seats, waterfall not working, lights not working on pathways, and some trash.
Absolutely love this place. It is our go-to place for everything. Taking a jog. around the lake is peaceful. A walk is a must for those seeking some time alone. Our family also fishes here often and uses the park! They have a bit of everything for everyone. Just an incredibly beautiful place all times of the year.
