(from Google)My dog loves it here, he gets very excited when I drop him off. He goes for daycare a couple of times a week and boarding when we are out of town. I highly recommend.
Our dog came home healthy and happy from a fun week of playing with his friends at Klub K9! The owners are dog professionals who love dogs and take good care of them. We have used both day care & overnight boarding, and we're very pleased with the service they provide. Thank you for our worry-free week over Thanksgiving while you took loving care of our fur baby! :)
Been there a few times but last time my dog came back with a limped leg and obviously Intimidated. He was hiding under the table. Something was going on but the front desk dude plays dumb and refused to say anything. Be careful about this place. You may have good experience until some dog bully your dog. And obviously they don’t care. Pets are not wild animals. All the theories they have are their way of being lazy and irresponsible.
I still remember how horrible of an experience I had at this place. I was boarding my dog here 5 days a week, while I worked full time. One day, I come in to pick up my dog and the owner goes, “your dog bit another dog on the ear and now he needs surgery. You’re going to have to pay for it. It will be thousands of dollars.” WHAT. If I had the backbone I have now I would’ve helped the other owner sue these people because these dog are THEIR responsibility when they’re in THEIR facilities under THEIR care. Instead, I just never returned. The fact that they didn’t try to sue me just goes to show that they know they couldn’t and the owner was trying to deflect responsibility and take advantage of me, because that was my first dog and I was young and naive at the time. I will always remember that guy though. It’s been years but that scar runs deep. What a horrible man.
Worst boarding place ever. They say their policy to be “let dogs be dogs”, but it actually means they don’t want to be any responsible for the dogs’ safety and mental health. Any dog that stays here more than 1 time will be lack of proper, respectful social skills. The staff here all believe: when your dog is being humped or bullied, it’s your dog’s responsibility to fight back. Your dog’s avoiding is not a sign of rejection of being humped or bullied. Your dog is expected to bite the other dog in this case. My dog (a 9-month female) was humped by another dog many times and the staff never intervened. My dog WAS REFUSING this behavior by trying to snap and running away. But the staff obviously don’t think it’s a rejection. I called them and the only thing they did was pushing away their responsibilities to keep a safety play space. They said “I’m sure the keeper will make sure they’re playing safely”. So “I’m sure” huh? In reply to what they expect, what if my dog learns to bite to reject the other dog, and the other dog bleeds, who’s responsible for this??? Of course they will claim it’s not their responsibility 🙄 STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR DOG.
