Pet Supplies Plus Lincolnwood

I have a very picky 9 year old Husky. She is 35 lbs and is a very picky eater. I have recently been shopping at PetCo for a variety of foods such as the tubes of Fresh Pet and various other foods such as Just Food for Dogs. If I switch her variety every few days she eats alot better. She was loving Farmers Dog for a few months but started to "put her nose up at that" too. I will have to sè how this strategy works.

One extra star for the nice young lady working the register. The older bald guy is only nice to people he thinks deserve a greeting or assistance. Would not come back to this location because of him.

The staff there know me by name. It makes me feel special. They are also one of the few stores that carry Fromm th e brand of dog food that I purchase.

I had a really good experience at this pet supplies store. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to walk through. They had a wide selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, including options for different types of pets. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were some good deals available compared to other stores. Checkout was quick and smooth. I want to compliment the store manager, though busy, he is always quick to assist his staff when they needed him. The cashier who assisted me needed the manager, the manager was quick to come and see what the cashier needed help with, very efficient.

The employee was great from the moment I entered the store until I got to my car. He was smiling, very helpful, and excited to take advantage of the discount before it ended. All I needed was a treat for the cat, which was only $10. He encouraged me to take advantage of the discount, and the bill after the discount was $62. I was very happy with the savings. He was smiling and happy, as if he was saying, “Enjoy shopping.” Literally, I am very happy with the dealings and the discount, and my cat, Nando, is a customer for life. The employee’s name is RON.
