We’ve been coming to Pet Supply for over 33 years. Chris used to take our extra hamsters when our two younger ones kept letting them out. The service at Pet Supply is excellent, Zack and his team are the best!

Pet Supply in Santa Clarita has really amazing staff that are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I have met with several staff members who took their time explaining the best food for my dachshund. In speaking with Alaric, he also made excellent suggestions for my dog (who is really a picky eater), and his ideas worked like a charm! I am so thankful to him for his honesty and patience in answering all my questions. This is my go-to pet store going forwards for all my pet needs! Thank you so much Pet Supply! Pet Supply in Saugus has been our go-to spot for dog food, treats, and supplies for years. It’s been around forever and is just so convenient when I need to quickly pop in and grab something. I love the rewards system—they give you a little credit back the more you shop, which is such a nice bonus. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and it shows in how they treat customers too. We mostly shop for our dog, but they seem to carry just about everything you’d need for any kind of pet. I also really appreciate how long their hours are—it makes it so easy to swing by when I’m out running errands. Highly recommend supporting this local gem.

The knowledge and kindness from staff is amazing. We were referred by a friend and kept going.They have a beautiful shop bird named Marta and allpw me to shoulder in my bird to visit her.This is teaching my bird to learn socializing with human and birds.Also they have Birdsitting available.
