I personally highly recommend Dr. Dotson's clinic, he is the best veterinarian I have ever met, I personally take my two dogs and my kitten to his clinic for their immunizations and others, he does not charge expensive in case you are wondering. and he knows what he is doing, he has always treated my pets with a lot of respect and love. I am very satisfied with his services on each visit. the rest of the staff are also very friendly, respectful and do their job well. before meeting doctor dotson's clinic. I had a very bad experience and I am going to tell you about it because it was very unpleasant and sad for me, I took my dog (a 4-month-old German shepherd) to his second newborn vaccinations and his deworming and he was infected with parvo. I took him back because in addition to the fact that he charged me a lot, my puppy had diarrhea and vomiting and I didn't know he had it. The vet told me that his reaction to his first vaccinations was normal. he didn't tell me that he gave him but he supposedly gave him something for the symptoms, and that in the next few hours he would feel better. We returned home and my puppy was still the same, I waited the rest of the afternoon and I saw him getting worse, I was very worried he couldn't even stop because of how weak he was due to so much diarrhea and vomiting that he had had during the day, early in the morning Next I took him to Doctor Dotson's clinic and he asked me a couple of questions and without the need for an exam he told me that I had Parvo, 😭 (I never imagined it was Parvo because my puppy was always at home and had no contact with other dogs I knew that it was at the clinic that he was infected because since we returned from the visit to the clinic my puppy began to show symptoms.) The doctor proceeded to carry out the test to verify that my puppy was indeed infected with Parvo 😪 gave him the injection, gave him a special food and gave me instructions on the specific care that I should give my puppy since by that time he was very weak and dehydrated. I did everything he told me and thank God and Dr. Dotson my pup recovered quickly and now he is a beautiful and healthy 2 year old German Shepherd and he loves his visits to Dr. Dotson's clinic. for which we will be eternally grateful to the doctor and staff who helped us. 🥲 Hachi will never forget who saved his life. ♥️

This vet was horrible. They wanted me to buy their heart guard pills I can get a cheaper through chewy I told the vet this and the secretary this they did not tell me that I had to have a written prescription from them mailed to chewy so 2 weeks later when my dogs were out of food cause I could get the order I finally got the prescription but the vet did ask me if I was getting an attitude with him because I was irritated at his mistake please don't take your Animals to this that he is horrible customer service was horrible the secretary and the end was friendly and admitted the mistake and I would have went back for her but not for his treatment he treated me with total disrespect and was not professional he hung up on me after asking me if I was getting an attitude at his mistake
