(from Google)Sunset visit to this location was remarkable! Lots of locals thought it might be sketchy but they were really cool. Everyone just having fun!!
Best place to hang out in the evening, during the day it's packed. This is where I found the best Pina coladas
Loved it! Every year for the past 3 we've been coming to this wonderful spot. Crowded of locals, great places to eat and enjoy amazing sunsets. The only complaint is the tidiness and care of this beautiful place. The Puerto Rican Gvmnt should decore funding to keep this place in better shape. Best local spot I've been around for a while 🤘
I really enjoyed my stay in Puerto Rico but taking the time to come to this area was not worth it. We had read on websites and in tour guide books about renting bikes and riding along here. We didn't end up renting bikes which I'm glad because so much of the boardwalk part of the path was missing so many boards and I would have never been comfortable cruising along. We walked a good section of this path despite what our conscious was telling us. It felt very isolated with a lot of run down spots along it. One of the only spots on the island I questioned our safety. Once we got out to the beach close to the road again we called for an uber. Never ate at any of the kiosks or anything....which I saw maybe 3 restaurants at the beginning but definitely not what I was expecting. So unfortunately, don't waste your time here.
Nice views. There were some trash but that's somethn I had expected. Went on a tiny trail off the main trail that went to the beach and no one else was there. Close to restaurants. No traffic when we went there on a saturday from San Juan around 10am but then upon leaving, we saw some traffic. Not sure if that was normal.
