I have been bringing our pets to Kingsgate Animal Hospital for several years, and the care has always been exceptional. The doctors and staff genuinely care about the animals our animals, and it shows in every visit. One of the things I appreciate is seeing familiar faces year after year and watching staff grow into roles within the practice. That consistency says a lot about the quality of the team. I trust them completely with our pets, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

The Shobe family does not trust any veterinarian clinic other than Kingsgate for our pets care. The veterinarian is so professional, always takes time to answer our questions and treats our pet with love. The staff is professional, polite and very kind to our pet and our family. There are not enough words to express what this clinic means to us. Over the many years that we have been coming here we have been through lots of ups and downs together, they are family and we love each one of them.

From performing life-saving surgery to treating my newly adopted dog for parvo, your entire team has been incredibly professional and kind. When we had concerns about our senior pug, rather than pushing procedures that were not necessary in this case, we were given reassurances but also we were given the breakdown of the costs should we decide to take care of what in the end would have been cosmetic. I appreciate her honesty and integrity, and as a family we are grateful to have a Lubbock vet we can count on.

We took our Daphne girl in for an issue she was having with her salivary gland. We had taken her to our local vet and just didn't feel like she was get the care she needed. At Kingsgate the vet techs and the Vet herself were so kind and thorough! She explained everything to us within detail and gave us all our options and took her time with us. We had driven in from Midland and she wanted to make sure we addressed any and all concerns we may have had. She was wonderful! We will be making the drive from Midland to Lubbock to make her our regular Vet! And the cost was not outrageous either.
