On December 2025 I had a family trip where I was left with the decision of having to leave my dog Sigtryg (American Akita - 3 years old) on a pet hotel since my whole family was coming with me on the vacation. I was terrified since I’ve had bad experiences in the past and wanted to leave my Sigtryg on the best hands possible where I felt secure, confident and trusting who will be taking care of him since he is a big strong dog. I searched up different places but after seeing Pachamama I was intrigued with the space, nature and ambient it provided. I was still a bit skeptical so I booked a tour to see the facilities. Immediately I was greeted by the manger who was super polite and definitely knew what she was doing. Giving us all of the details and confidence in their facilities. I booked a daycare for the next month to see how he would do first. And the experience was incredible. Even though it was a learning process for him and me, he was seeing other dogs, interacting with nature and got to enjoy a new space. With this I reserved his spot for the December pet hotel. After leaving him he was a bit emotional and had separation anxiety (just like me with him ❤️‍🩹). After all this was the first time we were leaving him for a couple of days on a place where not me or my family was with him overnight. I got super nervous on the first two days after hearing we was a reacting on the situation chewing up things from the cabin and fences. But Lucesita the owner, re-assured me that this was normal and that she will monitor him and look for other alternatives to calm him down. She recommended the walks on the park since Sigtryg is usually accustomed to walking at least 4-5 days a week since he is an indoor dog. I agreed and she also provided the treadmill service where she explained it would help to calm him down and loosen up all that anxiety and stress. She was actively sending me messages and photos, making me feel more at ease during the trip and assuring me he would be okay. I was so grateful with all of the time and effort she put on making my baby boy Sigtryg feel at home. Even though the ups and downs on the first days, she never backed down on his behaviors. I will continue to bring him on day cares so Sigtryg can continue to learn to interact and be around other dogs. And continue to be an independent pup! But I will forever be grateful with Pachamama and recommend it to anyone who is or was like me, super glued to their dogs and needs confidence to leave them with anyone other than family members. 20/10 ✅

I recently left my dog Lua at Pachamama Nature Park & Hotel for 7 days, and I’m honestly so impressed with the experience. Not only was Lua extremely well taken care of, happy, relaxed, and clearly loved but the team also helped her socialize and interact better using their unique techniques and guidance. You can tell they truly understand animals and treat them like family. Their environment is calm, natural, and perfect for any pet who needs safe, attentive care. Lua came back better than ever, and I left with new tools for connecting with her. I recommend Pachamama with my eyes closed. If you want a place where your pet will be cared for with heart and expertise, this is it.

Such a very special place for my dogs. They had such a good time they did not want to get in the car when we picked them up. They even learned manners while at Pachamama, Lucesita , owner, is the dog whisperer of Cabo Rojo. She/They did a superb job taking care of Sparkle and Lexy. Thank you guys and see you soon.

Pachamama is wonderful. We left over our baby Dino for about 10 days and we know he had the time of his life. Throughout his stay, we received daily photos of Dino as well as videos. When he came back to us he was perfectly healthy, had a wonderful coat and looked so happy to be there. Would absolutely recommend. The staff as well as the owner really know how to provide a healthy environment even for homesick babies who crave attention. He also had a wonderful time during their halloween party.

When I asked my dog how she liked Pachamama, she said “woof woof”. I wouldn’t think otherwise: they have amazing facilities and it’s truly a doggy paradise. Excellent service from start to end with great customer service, good communication and of course good care with our dog. Lots of outdoor areas, playground, different areas to split the dogs based on their interaction. All the areas were clean and safe, including the indoor sleeping area. They also offer grooming, transportation, off leash hikes and more. We were extremely happy with their service and we knew our dog was being taken care while we were on vacation.
