(from Google)Hiked the White Rock Trail loop, about 5 miles, on a foggy day. No views but nice, varied trail--some steep, some strolling, some edge walking. Rhodedendrum and lady slippers in bloom; stream and great variety of trails. Very well marked trail and an electronic map that made everything easy to manage.
Definitely a good hike. I did this by myself one day after work and had never been there before, I will definitely be doing it when I am in town next.
Probably the easiest and one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve done so far in East Tennessee. The final point is so beautiful and they have nice benches to sit down and relax at on the top. Did this in 30 degree weather and it was still worth it and enjoyable.
One of the best loops in Johnson City to hike! Fantastic views and worth the time. The loop will take you 2-3 hours to complete.
This place was absolutely gorgeous and I came during the winter, I've never been during the spring/summer - couldn't imagine how it would look if it's so pretty with bare trees! I highly recommend hiking at this place. Very nice, well maintained, the trails are pretty clearly marked. No complaints!
