PetSmart Grooming

I had an appointment with Cassidy to have my dog’s fur cut. I previously cut part of the long hair to make it easier because despite my dog is friendly, he has a long hair. They told us the would spend about three hours, but they called me after one and a half. When we arrived she told us that our dog was behaving so bad that they let him without finishing the cut. Imagine you go to a barber shop and they shave you half your beard!… I think they don’t have any experience in handling dogs, and that they are totally irresponsible of the work they do. I finished the job at home. I will not come back.

All of the people inside the grooming department were super incredibly friendly and helpful and Naomi was amazing with my puppy and did a great job with my puppy’s first haircut.

No customer service. Cashier was on her phone ordering boots for herself because “why not treat myself” I asked for help getting crickets, woman ignored me and then walked around and made eye contact with me 2 more times and never helped. Will never be back.

My pups came back beautifully clean, with great cuts and smelling fantastic. I have never been unsatisfied with their service.

Nichole is the best .she knows how to do the job you ask her . Very nice and sweet with my fur babies and very attentive to my puppies needs. I give her a 10+
