We have been coming here for almost 5 years - every since we moved to the area. Dr. Santo and the team here are extraordinary people. They have continued to go above and beyond for us and our dog. We have been able to be seen when we had an emergency and they always tried their best to accommodate us and our pet. I highly recommend this vet center. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Santo was with us all the way to the end and was nothing short of professional and supportive.

I’ve been coming to BCVC for about five years, and my multi-pet household has primarily been cared for by Dr. Moore, who is truly incredible... knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She was able to get to the root of several issues that previous vets never explored, which made such a difference for our pets’ health and our peace of mind. More recently, we’ve also seen Dr. Santo, and she has been just as wonderful. She is incredibly attentive and takes great pride in making sure nothing is overlooked, especially when our pets aren’t feeling well. We are so grateful to have such trustworthy, dedicated veterinarians caring for our fur family. Thank you both for consistently going the extra mile and for always being there for us. ❤️

BCVC is the best vet I have ever been to. All of the Vets and vet techs there are top notch. Personable, knowledgeable, and you can tell they LOVE their jobs and animals!! They also makes my heart happy to know my Kona is loved and cared for so well.

We’ve been coming to this practice for 10 years (they know us as Bischof, my maiden name) when it was just my dog Andy. Dr. Shiffman did his neuter when he was 9 months old, and now that he’s a senior he gets all the extra special TLC that comes with a lifetime of going to the same vet and them seeing your pet age. He’s complex, small and fragile, and the love of my life - and they take care of him accordingly. We brought a shorkie Gio into our family and of course he’s complicated too with all sorts of tummy troubles. Between Dr Lewis and Dr Moore; they took care to get to the root of his stomach problems and they always get him right. Dr. Moore has been our Gio warrior, she’s so familiar with his recurring issue that yesterday when I called for an urgent visit they took him for a drop off even though they didn’t have an appointment. The doctors and staff are reliable, kind, intelligent, excellent diagnosticians. So thankful for BCVC and the personal attention and care. It’s important that your pet is treated well but it’s a lovely added bonus that you can have a rapport with the doctors and staff and know that they really care.

I recently switched my vet after eight years to BCVC, and I couldn’t be happier. From my very first visit, the staff, vet technicians, and veterinarians took the time to listen to every concern I had. My dog, Momo, is nine years old, and it’s important to me to give him the best care and guidance, and BCVC has done exactly that. They’ve been incredibly accommodating for emergency visits and always provide thorough, clear explanations of his condition. Momo and I feel so fortunate to be under such attentive, compassionate care. I highly recommend BCVC to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary service.
